• Expiration: The Voucher does not expire, but a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly from the Voucher balance after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, starting from the date of issuance or last activity on the Voucher.

• Activity Definition: Activity includes any action resulting in a change in Voucher balance, other than fee imposition or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal.​
